Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email titled: “18th Kawasaki International Eco-Tech Fair – Entry Registration Confirmation” Please be sure to print the “Entry Pass” accessible via the URL provided in the email and bring it with you on the day of the event.
If you have deleted the confirmation email, we kindly ask that you re-register for entry.
For group attendance, each participant must register individually using a separate email address.
Even if accompanying a registered attendee, entry will not be permitted without individual registration.
If you arrive without prior registration, please complete your entry registration on-site using your smartphone. If you are unable to register via smartphone, please notify the reception staff, who will assist you with a paper-based registration.

Photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that there is no cloakroom at the venue. Keep your belongings, including valuables, with you at all times. The organizers and the facility director are not responsible for any loss or theft.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue, including outdoor areas. No smoking areas are provided.
If you require a wheelchair, please inform the reception staff.
Media coverage and official event photography will take place inside the venue. Attendees may appear in TV broadcasts, newspapers, magazines, or online publications.
Bento lunches will be available for purchase inside the venue. Please enjoy them in the 2nd-floor spectator seating area.
Please cooperate with waste separation at the designated collection points near the bento sales area.
For all other waste generated inside the venue (excluding bento packaging), we kindly ask that you take it home with you.
