ELIIY Power is dedicated to development and manufacturing of power storage systems using our own lithium-ion batteries at the world's highest level of safety, as represented by the 6.2kWh storage system ”POWER iE6 HYBRID.”
By promoting our large-sized lithium-ion batteries for power storage, we will contribute to more energy-efficient society in Japan and around the world.

The Kawasaki New Energy Promotion Association is a group comprised primarily of companies engaged in the sale and construction of solar power generation systems and storage batteries in Kawasaki City, construction of eco-homes, and other such efforts. We endeavor to facilitate the spread of solar power generation to homes and offices, to encourage the new energy industry.

We have achieved a significant increase in thermal efficiency relative to conventional systems with combined cycle power generation, in which a gas turbine that uses natural gas as fuel is combined with a steam turbine. Our device rarely needs to be stopped due to problems, and thus continuously generates energy in a safe and stable manner.

We will provide simulated tours of our power generation plant in 3D. We will have “three choice quizzes” and will introduce the mechanisms of our “combined cycle power generation” in a fun way.

Our power generation equipment supplies “CO2-free electricity,” so it is friendly to the environment. This power generation equipment burns wood-based biomass as fuel, and does not use fossil fuels such as oil or coal. At Kawasaki Biomass Electric Power, we generate enough electricity to power approximately 38,000 general households for one year, and have succeeded in reducing CO2 emissions by about 120,000 t per year. We are a "urban-type biomass power generation plant in Japan” that is equipped with environmentally-friendly equipment such as flue gas desulfurization systems and flue gas denitrification systems, which cannot be found at rural biomass power generation plants, and thus we are able to pass the strict environmental regulations of Kawasaki City.

We will introduce the urban-type biomass power generation plant that uses wood-based biomass as fuel, and our wood industrial waste fuel conversion equipment.

We propose a Distributed Control System (DCS) aimed at the increased efficiency and automation of production workplaces. Since users can easily structure the system for their own needs, the control of more diverse and sophisticated processes can be accommodated. At the same time, it is a general instrumentation control system that can handle mass-process equipment centered around continuous processing and large-variety, small-quantity production equipment centered around batch processing. Furthermore, since the operation and control systems are independent of each other, it can be easily maintained.

NEDO plays an important part in Japan’s economic and industrial policies as one of the largest public research and development management organizations. It has two basic missions: addressing energy and global environmental problems, and enhancing industrial technology. NEDO aims to address energy problems and raise the level of industrial technology through integrated management of technology development from the discovery of technology seeds to the promotion of mid- to long-term projects and support for practical application.

We will introduce NEDO's initiatives in the fields of energy, environment, and industrial technology, as well as our system to support the technological research and commercialization of medium-sized and small-and-medium enterprises, and venture companies.

We are a rubber packing manufacturer in our 68th year of operation. From the mixing of the rubber materials, to kneading, forming, finishing, and inspection, we make all of our products at our factories located at 3 production bases within the country. Our specialty product is rubber packing used to seal water faucet fittings, toilets, and gas-related components; as well as diaphragms for air pumps, etc. Furthermore, we also perform prototyping of packing using our proprietarily produced simple metal dies, as well as testing of mixing agents used for rubber additives.

We are currently researching high-temperature, high-pressure-use flurorubber and low-temperature, high-pressure-use EPDM, for use in the O-rings at hydrogen stations. At this year's exhibit, we will introduce EPDM used in the emergency release couplings of dispensers, in addition to other technologies.

Takasago is an leader of the industrial and instrument power supply industry. We have accumulated over 60 years of technology in realizing high-level and stable power supplies. In addition, starting with distributed power supplies such as those used in the power conditioning systems of solar batteries, as well as the emulation equipment for hybrid-vehicle electronic powertrains, Takasago is deeply involved in the development of eco-friendly energy products and evaluation testing equipment.

We will exhibit the IPMS energy management system, an environmental technology that controls energy, so that energy can be locally produced and locally consumed. We will introduce power supply equipment with eco-friendly functions.

To deliver gas to our customers based mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Tokyo Gas Group conducts a wide range of business from natural gas procurement to shipping, as well as the manufacture, supply, and energy solutions of city gas, in order to realize a safe, stable supply. We will also continue to contribute to the sustainable growth of society by developing next-generation technology and promoting the use of IT, while also increasing the sophistication of the LNG value chain.

Using cutting-edge technology, Tokyo Gas is developing energy-conserving equipment such as gas air conditioning and gas cogeneration. Also, in addition to increased efficiency and environmental measures, systems that conserve energy and have low cost and a low environmental burden are also being developed.

Hydrogen is widely known to be a promising source of green energy. Toshiba continues to develop a new energy supply system, as a total solution that uses renewable energy to produce and store hydrogen as an energy carrier for fuel cells’ combined heat and power. We are driving forward the development and demonstration of hydrogen-based energy technologies.

Nanofuel is using its own nanotechnology to develop next-generation fuel refinement technology and manufacturing equipment. From the development of nanoemulsion fuel produced by the nano-level dispersion of water particles into heavy and light oil, we have succeeded in reducing fuel consumption, NOx, and PM. This system that uses this nanoemulsification technology to reform plant-based oil into diesel engine fuel (liquid biofuel) received grand prize honorable mention at the 32nd Kanagawa Industrial Technology Development Awards in November 2015. Please take notice of our liquid biofuel and liquid biomass generator that are perfect for the nation's renewable energy policy.

We will exhibit a model of our nanobiofuel-using liquid biomass generation facility, nanobiofuel, nanoemulsion fuel, and a verification test using the nanobiofuel and nanoemulsion fuel. In addition, we will introduce our fundamental technology, nanotechnology, as well as atomization equipment.
